Accountants were losing tax deadlines in a system that had everything and showed nothing. I rebuilt it around the client instead of the operation.

  • Entries, invoices and taxes merged into one client view
  • A summary row that opens into the full client page
  • A deadlines calendar with alerts, the top pain in interviews
  • One RTL design system across 14+ screens and 7 roles

A single-vendor store dashboard for shop owners who think in Arabic. It reads right to left from the first pixel, not as a mirrored afterthought.

  • State before value: stock is a badge, payment and fulfilment are two states
  • A permission matrix of 8 areas × 5 actions replaced a wall of checkboxes
  • Swappable cards, so owners choose what stays on screen
  • 33 primitives and 84 semantic tokens across 13 screens
